We are so proud to share our community involvement of 2022 below.
Thank you to our families who joined us at the park! Together we donated 150 books! These kids decorated bookplates and bookmarks then helped us count and box up the books for delivery!
Uptown Speech Therapy sponsored a PIttsburgh Socialights' “Joy Home” to a family in Mt. Lebanon that experienced a loss this year. Neighbors, friends, and family packed the street to watch the family’s home light up in memory of their loved one.
Our hot chocolate stand in December donated 100% of proceeds to Outreach Teen & Family Services. The proceeds help subsidize their free counseling services they provide to our teens in the South Hills. We are so appreciative to all those participated to help us donate $525.00!
Our wonderful kids packed 103 welcome bags for children at Jeremiah’s Place using donated pajamas, books, and toothbrushes. VolunTots said it was their LARGEST turnout ever!
We collaborated with VolunTots and Temple Emanuel to pack over 100 Thanksgiving meals for Pittsburgh families!
